As always with FIIO, high-quality materials have been used in the LC-RE Pro 2025. The mix of gold, silver, and copper wires brings out the respective sound characteristics.
Based on the LC-RE Pro 2022, it has been improved with a replaceable plug design, an additional Type-C plug, an integrated DSP audio decoding chip, and support for 8-band high-precision PEQ, resulting in a comprehensive improvement in sound and user experience for audiophiles.
Tuned with gold-silver-copper elements
The LC-RE Pro 2025 adopts the cable structure design of the FX17 and is braided with a blend of gold, silver, and copper, which has been further purified through high-temperature sintering, casting, and secondary melting. Gold, silver, and copper are distributed in a scientifically determined ratio of 2:3:4, with gold enhancing bass transient response, silver improving high-frequency resolution and detail, and copper providing warm and smooth mids. The result is balanced frequencies with rich detail.
8 strands with a total of 360 wires, litz braiding, improved resolution
Each strand of the cable consists of 10 monocrystalline gold-plated copper wires + 15 monocrystalline pure silver wires + 20 monocrystalline copper wires.
8 strands in the LC-RE Pro mean a total of 360 wires in the cable, resulting in a wire diameter of 24 AWG. The larger conductor diameter and cross-sectional area effectively reduce impedance and signal loss. Ultimately, this improves signal transmission efficiency and ensures better sound.
Versatile connection options
The specially designed, interchangeable plugs with twist locks can be easily inserted and removed without tools. The cable comes with 3.5 mm single-ended, 4.4 mm balanced, and Type-C digital plugs with DSP, allowing the cable to be adapted to any application.
The Type-C plug also features a high-precision 8-band PEQ that can be adjusted via the FIIO Control app or the internet. With the PEQ, you can not only simulate and modify frequency response curves, but also import, export, and save frequency response curves from others.
Medical-grade stainless steel connectors, skin-friendly TPU outer shell
The cable features L-shaped, extended MMCX connectors. The middle section and plug are made of medical-grade 316L stainless steel, which has been hand-polished to a high shine and PVC-galvanized to make it not only more durable but also more comfortable to wear. The cable has a transparent outer shell made of German TPU because the material is super abrasion-resistant and age-resistant, feels smooth, is beautifully translucent, and is comfortable to wear.
